Marker Ski Clothing and Gear

The Marker ski company has been manufacturing alpine ski bindings since 1952, but is also one of the world’s leaders in producing high quality, performance ski clothing. Marker ski clothing is made to provide comfort in harsh weather conditions and is durable for even the most hard-core skiers. Marker clothes – including ski jackets, ski pants, and ski bibs – come in a wide variety of styles for men, women, and kids.

Founded by Hannes Marker, Marker ski is known for pioneering releasable ski binding technology. Marker's first ski binding model, the Duplex, led the way and was followed in 1953 by the highest binding ever, the simplex toe. This new releasable technology greatly reduces injuries to skiers by detaching the ski from the foot during a fall. Peter Glenn offers a full range of Marker ski bindings.

"Runs small."

Ordered red XXL. Beautiful jacket, well made good features but was small on me. I have other Marker jackets in XXL and they fit perfectly, this one was very tight once zipped. If it fit I would have rated it 5 out of 5. Had to return for a refund. Great service at Peter Glenn

"Nice, but long"

The pants were a good quality, they fit perfectly except the length. I'm 5'4" and even trying them with my ski boots on, they were long.

"Likely worth it"

Other than size being too big which is not a fault, i would have kept them. They were thick so i think they would be warm.

"Very nice pair of pants; fit well"

Pants fit true to size and are flattering to the figure. I have not had opportunity to put them to the test of cold weather and how well they repel water, however, knowing Marker I am sure they meet and exceed expectations. I am very pleased with the purchase!

"Great Ski Layer"

This top looks way cooler in reality than the picture. My husband was delighted. Runs true to size with nice long sleeves and those handy thumb holes. Great value for a ski staple.

"Fine, if you're built like a pole. "

Great fabric, great look.. but obviously built by a man for a man. I bought a size LARGER than what I normally wear.. and these would not zip around my waist. They would fit fine, if I were built straight up and down. But I'm not.

"Excellent"

The tights fit well; they lay on my natural waist. I have had problems with some bottom layers that have a low rise. I ordered an XL which I would say would fit a 14/16 woman including those with "curves". The interior lining is soft and the tights are not at all bulky although they are not thin.

"Beware of sizing!! "

Prior to ordering, I measured my hips and, based upon the manufacturers size chart, ordered a 2X. Upon receiving the bibs, I was disappointed to find that they were WAAAAY too small. I couldn't even get them zipped! I'm 5'8" and normally wear size 18 in pants but, in my opinion, these were more suited for someone who wears a 12-14 (for roominess). I'm going to reorder a 3X (IF available!) while keeping my fingers crossed that they'll fit!
