I have a pair of the Valery mitts for both my girls (2 & 4) and since they have been wearing them I have yet to hear a complaint about cold fingers, quite often when the 4 yo takes hers off, her hands are sweaty and hot even though the weather here has been down around -40 Celsius for a good portion of the winter. I am already searching for Jupa snow suits, mitts, hats and neck warmers for them for next year. Well worth the price!
Kept my daughters hands dry and toasty.
My daughter and I spent all day playing in the snow and skiing. It kept her warm and dry. Easy to put on or take off when she had to use restroom. Great fit and design.
Santa brought the Jupa Maya 2-Piece Sz 8 (Intense Pink) for my just turning 8 year old daughter. She wore it all week for Christmas Break skiing during full day snow conditions. She remained warm, dry and was very visible which is incredibly important. My husband said this is the best made suit he's seen and I agree. We absolutely love it and should get 2-3 seasons out of it. Worth every penny and loved the fact that the balaclava comes with it!
I ordered both a size 4 and 5 for our three-year old (wasn't sure which would be appropriate). The 5 was too big (coat length OK, but the sleeves were way too long). The size 4 coat length was good, but there wasn't any room for growth. The sleeves, on the other hand, were still too long. Considering that the sleeves can be lengthened by ripping a seam, I can't imagine why they are so long in the "short" configuration. The sizing of these outfits just didn't work for our little guy.
On a positive note, the quality of the garments is excellent - really nice stuff!
I sought out Jupa brand after my son wore Jupa hand-me-down pants for 2 + seasons and they were still in great shape. I was not disappointed with this set. I have a nice Marmot jacket and this jacket has many of the same features at a nice price. I did have to return my size 6 for a size 7 - my 5 year old is 48 inches tall, the sleeves were too short. I do wish the set was available as separates since he is thin and could use a smaller bottom than top. Will definitely buy Jupa again!
Can't believe the QUALITY of this jacket for the price!! My little guy was warm and toasty. And super cute, of course. The jacket is nice and long. Plus there is a bonus pocket inside the jacket with a detachable head/neck warmer. I highly recommend this jacket for your little one.
My 4 year old who skis almost every day loves this 2-Piece Ski Suit. He thinks the coat is "cozy". Lots of great pockets, I love the high bibs, they fit perfectly. I also love that is will grow with him. We normally but another brand but I think Jupa is my new favorite brand.
This jacket is fabulous, it is warm, water and windproof. It has 3 front pockets all with zippers and an internal goggle pocket. My favorite features are the balaclava that is attached by snaps to the inside of the jacket and the powder skirt. The neck is fleece lined and expandable.
The durability and wearability of this item cannot be compared. I bought this for my 6 year-old in a size 7 and although it's a bit big on him it doesn't swallow him and he can use it again next year. It is so warm and he was thrilled with how absolutely "cool" the colors are! He has the look of a pro! Great buy!
